Forever and a Day

This was my first ever challenge entry – for the “Love is in the Air” March 2007 challenge sponsored by I had a hard time finding the link to the mechanics again so I totally messed up the rules. The first rule said “use three pictures or more” -- bad Hanna. Oh maybe next time I’ll swing it. More practice!

Title: Forever and a Day

Journaling reads:

We decided to personalize our vows the night before the wedding. Armed with crumpled, handwritten “kodigos” , it was a touching surprise o see a teary-eyed and all-choked up Sam during the vows! As I feared, I was in tears (of pure joy!) also!

I, Marianna Alfa Guamen Fernando take you, my Sam -- to be my husband, my best friend, my partner in life and my one true love. I thank God for bringing you into my life and for giving me the strength and guidance to start forever with you. I will cherish our union and love you more each day than I did the day before. I will trust you and respect you, laugh with you and cry with you, loving you faithfully through good times and bad, regardless of the obstacles we may face together. I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live.
I, Sammy Evangelista Pacua, take you, my Hanna, to be my wife, my constant friend, my bunkmate, my faithful partner and my love from this day forward. In the presence of God, our family and friends, I offer you my solemn vow to be your faithful partner in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad, and in joy as well as in sorrow. I promise to love you unconditionally, to support you in your goals, to honor and respect you, to laugh with you and cry with you, and to cherish you for as long as we both shall live.
